Music.

Ralston Koop Turcotte has been deeply connected to music from a young age, first making noise as the lead vocalist, rhythm guitarist, and songwriter for his band Brother, which released a five-song EP and the 2022 single “Smash It Up,” directed by Ramez Silyan (Sydney Sweeney, Charli XCX, Post Malone, Rose). He went on to form Bloodshot, releasing the 2023 album “Flight Time” produced by Randy Randall (No Age, Sub Pop). Now, with RKT, he fully steps into his own: writing, producing, engineering, and mixing his upcoming debut album, following the release of 2024 singles “Break-In” and “Would.” Most recently, he released “Back Home” (From the Barn Live) and a cover of the original song, “Clementine” by Elliot Smith. Ralston’s currently touring through California playing lead guitar for the Pop Punk band ‘Road Trip’ while also playing shows throughout the LA area as RKT.  Most recently RKT performed the Breaking Sound Showcase at the Freehand Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles and launched Grammy week 2026 playing guitar in ‘Tag’ at the Grammy Museum Student Showcase.
